Tailored, Timeless, and Functional Spaces - My First Staged Property a Throwback to 2006​

Time really does fly. I did not think that this new business venture would take me on such a trip down memory lane. This is not my first rodeo - have a read and let me know if you think tailored, timeless and functional spaces have always been Grace Gahan Interior's DNA ?

Property staging is a service that's becoming increasingly popular in Ireland. It involves staging a home for sale. As someone with over two decades of experience in the design industry, including dabbling in property staging, I've seen first-hand how effective it can be. In fact, I did my first staged sale back in 2006. Yes, those are my images from an interior city top-floor apartment. Please be nice, it was 18 years ago, and I actually think it doesn't look too dated. What do you think? It's a throwback for sure, but hopefully, I have improved since then.

This was at a time when I wasn't familiar with suppliers, didn't have all the tools and techniques of a designer or a property stager (which is a much newer profession), and felt like a duck out of order. But I did it. I made sure that I got all of the tools and techniques, and I familiarized myself with suppliers. Now, with years of experience in the Design Industry, I'm much better equipped to stage a property for sale. This is going to be my niche - Staged for Sale Properties.
